about me & your journey ahead

In 2008, I embarked on a personal and spiritual healing journey that changed the course of my life.  I unveiled hidden limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging labels and restricting behaviors that kept me playing small in life, feeling insecure and afraid of change. I eventually attracted wonderful mentors, teachers and healers that helped me to move from feeling like a victim to becoming and self-empowered victor!   

For years, I was struggling in my relationships, working in a toxic corporate job and dealing with depression and health issues.  I was a people pleaser and an unhealthy empath - putting others first and not speaking my truth.  

One day, I broke down in despair.  I vowed to myself that I would do something with my life but, at the time, I had no idea how to heal or unveil what my true life purpose was but I knew I could no longer do nothing.  

An aspect of my being, which I have come to know as my Soul, was beckoning me to follow my heart.  

Even though I was confused and uncertain, I knew that doing nothing was costing me my health so I bravely began my life transformational journey which has been a great blessing!

Skills & Qualifications
Kirsten is trained and certified in Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy.  She is also a certified Angel Guidance and Healing, Divine Guidance & Healing, Rainbow Energy Healing (Level 3), Master Instructor in Integrated Energy Therapy®, and as a Master in Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki®.  She is also certified in Mediumship and practices  Channeling, Angel & Tarot Card Reader & Tasseomancy (the art of tea leaf reading). 

Each session allows you to explore any issues you wish to examine with the help of your angels and spirit guides, which may also bring guidance, healing and support from archangels, ascended masters, deceased loved ones, or Spirit.
